The framework will serve as an effective tool to enhance the quality of Grantee planning and management and also ensure that project inputs, activities, outputs and external factors are proceeding as planned. It is hoped that the framework will enhance the knowledge of grantee organizations on the general and specific contractual conditions and provisions setting out the administrative, financial, legal and technical clauses governing the execution of grants contracts.
